Our wedding and event team cannot wait to host you and your guests at the upcoming Wedding Tasting Event!

After greeting guests at the Warehouse for cocktail hour, our team of wedding experts will travel to the Ballroom and be available to answer any questions you have about your wedding!

the What

This wedding tasting event is an evening filled with delicious food, wedding chatter, and sweet delights. Our culinary team is tallying your hors d’oeuvre and entree votes and preparing the top picks.

The evening starts with cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres in the Warehouse, and then you head over to the Ballroom for a buffet of entrees and a sampling of wedding cake flavors.

the When

Our wedding team gave each couple an arrival time for the evening of Thursday, March 13th. We have found staggering arrival times allows our coordinators to properly welcome each party with more event details, along with giving our team more time to connect with each of you and answer your questions throughout the evening.

the Where

Our wedding team will greet you when you arrive at The Baker’s Table (located on the first floor of building 6 neighboring The Warehouse—across the parking lot from the main hotel buildings and Ballroom) with rating sheets, name tags, and a printed map to guide you through the event

Then immediately head next door to The Warehouse at Cork Factory Hotel for cocktail hour.

the Why

While food is the drive behind our wedding tasting events, our coordinators (along with our favorite wedding vendors—Special Occasions, Petals with Style, and 3 West Productions) use this event as an opportunity to provide you with inspiration for your big day.
